How long does my package take to get to Jamaica?
Once your package is received and processed in Florida, delivery typically takes 3 business days, assuming there are no airline delays. We work hard to ensure your package is delivered safely and on time, every time.

No. There is no membership fee; you only pay for the services you use.

Customs fees are charged on packages with a declared value of USD $100 or higher.

Restricted items include toy guns, pepper spray, weapons of any kind (guns, swords, ammunition, etc.), radar detectors, unprocessed meat & live animals, firecrackers & explosives, lighters & matches, camouflage items, cash, and other items prohibited by law.

Packages are usually available for pick up or delivery the next day; however, this process can take 24-48 hours.

How often are shipments received in Jamaica?
We receive packages up to three (4) times per week. On a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. This is dependent on airline schedules and may be changed without notice.

What are the opening hours for the Florida Warehouse?
The Warehouse opens Monday - Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (EDT). Shipments arriving on weekends and holidays, we provide remote access entry only and all packages received during this time will be processed on the next business day.

After my package becomes available in Jamaica, how long before it starts to accumulate a storage fees?
Storage fees begin 7 days after we start holding your packages. After this period, a fee of $100 per day will apply.

How soon do I get a notification after my package is delivered in Florida ?
It can take 24–48 hours for your package to be processed and updated in our system.

Why does my package say available for pick up at the post Office?
This means the package has not yet been delivered to us. You may need to allow a little more time for delivery or contact your merchant for assistance.
